No mention of any reductions affecting Administration.
Oh great, cut painting and maintenance budgets. Isn't that the same foolishness that lead us to an expensive high school project.

How about eliminating one assistant superintendent? It was only in the recent retsructuringing that we went to two. With declining enrollments, cuts in staff, programs and maintenance why would we still need two?

Isn't that the way with government. They can cut hours, extend vacation time, cut supply budgets, but never, never, ever cut the top echelon.
ReplyDeleteThey argue, they are absolutely essential to the administration of the district even though they are usually the people most responsible for creating the financial crisis.
So how many superintendents have we gone through in Lebo in the past 7 years? Just how essential are they?
