According to Josephine Posti's Center Court blog, Community Coffees, there are three opportunities to meet with school board directors. Here is the schedule:
September 18
7-8:30 pm
Coffee Tree
October 3
7-8:30 am
Uptown Coffee
October 4
7-8:30 pm
Orbis Caffe
This round of coffees is a little different. This year, in order to handle the crowds of residents flocking to speak with the SB, there will be four directors at each meeting, instead of three. There is no indication as to which directors will be present. Last year's coffee with Josephine attracted two residents. Their concerns were the Grievance, the Feasibility Study, and cuts to staff.
Take advantage of this opportunity to share the latest rumors, discover Steinhauer's sentence, discuss student parking, ask about Pursuant Ketchum, and to show your thanks for the YSA's generosity. You may get an answer besides, "File a Right To Know."
Concerns haven't changed much from Jo's last coffee.
ReplyDelete"We plan to have four of us at each location and look forward to talking to you."
ReplyDeleteTo you, not WITH you.
I don't drink coffee.
ReplyDeleteAnd if you go, record it. That way, when she does something else stupid and cliams the "majority" of the commuity is behind her, you can pull out the video and show people what awesome might you have as one person. Also, the video/audio might come in handy when the feds finally get around to investigating the current school board.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, another talking to from the illustrious all-knowing school board. I think I will skip it and go have breakfast at Chick-Fil-A.
ReplyDeleteYou can be sure Mary Birks will argue over anything you say.
ReplyDeleteWhen is Pursuing Ketchup going to present their findings?
ReplyDeleteSeems to me long overdue...again.
Maybe they just haven't found that one donor to give the $15 million yet. He's busy running the Mavericks and investing his millions in the Shark Tank.
They have never paid any attention to concerns or criticisms from the general public, only from the likes of the YSA, PTA , MLFE and other suck-ups.
ReplyDeleteThis is a PR stunt to be able to claim they reach out to the public. Wonder if they'll drag Steinhauer along so he can get a merit badge credit towards his Super goals ?
Then let's all go. Let's get about 30 people to show up and not leave until Post-master tells us about the PK study.
ReplyDeleteIf Steinhauer shows, do you think he'll put money in the meter?
ReplyDelete4:58 PM, YOU ARE APPARENTLY NOT AWARE THAT THE PARKING METER PAYMENT HOURS IN THE BUBBLE ARE ONLY 9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM MONDAY THRU SATURDAY, FREE ON SUNDAY.
ReplyDeleteTHE COFFEE HOURS WERE OBVIOUSLY SCHEDULED TO AVOID ANY LIKEHOOD OF PARKING TICKETS SEEING THAT SB MEMBERS ARE UNPAID VOLUNTEERS YOU KNOW. THE PIO'S THINK OF EVERYTHING
