I got an anonymous letter sent in a MTLSD envelope. Why do I get a sick feeling when I receive a thick envelope from them? It usually meant trouble- either for my kids or taxes (never got letters about either), but it still makes me nervous. Today's letter was about the Timmy Ticket.
A few things off the top of my head...
I see that I was not the only one who thought the 2015 Great Alumni Awards were shameful with Lebowitz and Posti being recipients. Shaking my head I was so happy to see that my former priest was recognized, but Lebo Larry and JoPo? OMG. And then Mary Birks was honored last year? Come on!
Also, why would these jerks expect a guy who had a kidney transplant to donate to the fund? Weren't there fundraisers held for him? Why would Timmy only donate $5,000 when he earns thousands, thanks to the Timmy Ticket? That was also mentioned in my link Shaking my head.
Yeah, why weren't Riemer and Strotmeyer asked to be on their slate? The Timmy Ticket is not endorsed by either party and all have been shunned by their respective parties.
I have a feeling much more will be exposed before the May Primary. Why don't they just back out now and save themselves a lot of embarrassment?
I have in my hand a lost of teachers who did not earn their jobs!
ReplyDeleteCan you post the second page? If this does not wake you up Mt. Lebanon nothing will. Timmy and his team have to go.
ReplyDeleteIsn't it sad that we have to post our thoughts to a blog anonymously? Why do we have to live like this. Marty you should man up and do an investigation and put the results on air ... Man up MARTY
What do you mean by "the second page," 9:55 PM?

There is a staple in the upper left hand corner and it looks like there is a page attached that we cant read?
ReplyDeleteI posted six pages. I removed the staples before scanning. You need to scroll down to see all six pages.

The "Timmy ticket" can't be endorsed by either party because they are running together. The R's cant endorse the D's on the ticket and the D's cant endorse the R's. I wouldn't put much weight into the endorsements.
ReplyDeletethe very manipulative Ms. Birks #nailedit
ReplyDeleteRepublicans pulled support. Told Remley to leave the party. Burks and Cappuci were never going to get Democrats support. They do not represent the community any more. Conflicts of interest, in bed with Timmy. Go vote for them out!
ReplyDeleteRodella was fired.
ReplyDeleteCan anyone confirm or deny this...That Ms. Cappucci's uncle was the Architect , hired by the board( That Elaine Cappucci was on) to design the $120 +million dollar High School?
ReplyDeleteI cannot, 8:53 PM. I can tell you that on my website, Lebo Citizens | The Facts, On May 6, 2010, Mt. Lebanon School Board Director Elaine Cappucci and high school renovation architect, Thomas Celli, made a joint presentation on “21st Century School Design Promoting Entrepreneurial Education” at the Pennsylvania School Board Association School Design and Construction Conference in Lancaster, PA.

Note: “The presentation was not one that was approved or even reviewed by the Board.”
-School Board Director James Fraasch, Blog Lebo
Elaine Cappucci was adamant about tearing down Building C. I have quite a few interesting facts listed there, including this one about Dan Remely:
See item number 4 for reference to an $8 million donation in the Master Design Team meeting minutes of September 21, 2009 (link is on my website.)
“Dan Remely indicated that the athletic boosters believe that they can raise $8 million to build an athletic field house of some kind and while that has not yet materialized the stadium building can be part of that effort."
While you are there, click on "Keeping a Tally." You'll see this goodie:
Co-Chairs of the Facilities and High School Renovation Committee continue to defend a bad plan, in spite of recommendations made by a Mt. Lebanon School District structural engineer, thousands of signatures against the $113 million plan, residents asking for the project be put to a voter referendum, and two zoning variances denied by the municipality. The presentation made by the Co-Chairs failed to include details or explanations, which only lead to a self-serving conclusion.
