Wonder if Timmy shared this with the school board

It has been said that Timmy does not inform the school board directors as well as he should. Through the years, some school board directors have read things on my blog, Lebo Citizens, rather than hear it directly from Timmy.

  1. Either the comma is in the wrong place, or there is a decimal missing. Is it $5,000.00 or $50,000.00?

  2. Whole thing was a witch hunt. Sad!

  3. Yes, of course. Why else would he have to pay their legal bill?
4:07 PM, it is Five Thousand Dollars.

  4. It's not a witch hunt if there are witnesses and documentation as proving the harassment went on over time.

  5. It's stunning to see how little you know about what's going on and yet how confidently you believe your own bullshit. It really is stunning. Yet this is how it is in Trump's America I guess.

  6. So 11:10, since you seem to have the inside scoop why don't you fill us in and enlightened us as to how you've come by this great knowledge and more importantly how we can all possess it too!

  7. So tell us how it is in the democrats world 11:10.

Declare it a witch hunt, pay $5,000 rather than stand on principles because there is a real possibility that it isn't a witch hunt.

    I'll take Trump's America.

  9. If the only thing you get in your settlement is your 5,000 in legal bills paid... I don't think they had very much proof

  10. So what you're saying is that they only had $5,000 worth of proof? Interesting.

  11. 1:21, why not counter sue if they had no proof?
If you're not guilty of anything why pay $5 or $5,000.

  12. Jason, you do know Johnson was a Republican prior to 2011 and chose a Republican as his VP running mate.

  15. Probably hard to completely get away with no settlement if the girls team turns against you.. I'm saying that I don't think most people sue in court just to get their legal bills paid and nothing else.

  16. Unless 4:13 the parents made their point and didn't wish to pursue a long and drawn out legal fight.
It's not like had they won their daughters would want to redo their HS athletic careers.

I'd say the families made their point and win a small victory. Too bad the girls had to go through it all and that is the point in the end, isn't it?

  17. Lol.. you don't sue to make your point.. you sue to get that money. And they didn't. Obviously didn't have a strong case.

  18. 6:20, talk about bullshit!

There are numerous cases where the plaintiff gave away the decision money to a charity, not everyone is a money grubbing SOB.

You may be right that they didn't have a strong case, but then it looks like the defendent didn't have a strong defense either.

  19. The defendant had a history of inappropriate sexual behaviors with previous young girls while coaching another volleyball team. Sexual predators groom the victims over time. The $5000 was incurred as a legal brief which cost $5000 which the plaintiffs' counsel would file in the court for the hearing. There is no mention of who paid court costs. The mediation and settlement indicates an acknowledgment of Begor's inappropriate behavior at that time and consensus to admit guilt and move on. There is no situation where any young girls should be subjected to any kind of sexually hostility at any time and in any situation in a school district. Period.

  20. Thank you, 12:22 AM. A step further though. There is no situation where any girls or boys of any age should be subjected to any kind of sexually hostility at any time, in any situation, anywhere!
