The School Board seems to be OK with it. Or at least Mary "For the Board" Birks is. I never got a response. I think the saying is, "Silence is consent."
I haven't heard back from Timmy or the president (for the board). I guess Timmy has the solicitor's and the school board's blessings for this behavior. Gee, which government agency would love to hear about this?
I sent the pic to Timmy and the school board with the subject, "Not cool."
