This is an interesting exercise. Print out the Mt. Lebanon map and color in these areas.
Mt. Lebanon Golf Course
The Conservation District on Connor Road
Public Works
Robb Hollow Park
Twin Hills Park
McNeilly Park
You will notice that all these locations are on the perimeter of our municipality and border on Castle Shannon, Bethel Park, Upper St. Clair, Scott Township, and Brookline/Baldwin Township.
How does this reduce deer/vehicle collisions; property destruction; and nuisance complaints in Mt. Lebanon? This makes it all the more imperative that the commissioners disclose the locations of the private properties. They must be in the heart of Mt. Lebanon.

I DO hope that folks will take the crayon (or marker/highlighter) challenge. Elaine and I did this last night, and the visual is striking! Obviously, "we" (Mt. Lebanon) want the deer dead, but we don't want to have to look at the unpleasantness of it! This is, after all, a perfect community. (I'm guessing that the other consideration would be the hope that deer wounded on our borders would cause vehicular accidents for our neighbors and not for us. We don't want blood on our collective hands when this thing goes terribly wrong--) Oh, I almost forgot...WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?
That's why they have been getting away with abusing Robb Hollow Park (which they always refer to as off Lindendale) for years. It's their dirty little secret!
Is Bird Park out?
Yes, Bird Park is out.
