Engaging and informing residents as well as expanding volunteer opportunities to include both one-time and project-specific efforts and connecting residents to them...
Steve, you can't limit our comments to agenda items only. Especially before a discussion meeting where you will be talking about engaging residents.

C'mon, Elaine, leave them alone. Everyone knows that's 'transparent enough'.
Silverman is an idiot. The only reason people voted for him is because he likes to kill deer in our backyards and parks. Now, what does that tell you about those who elected him?
This reminds me of the time a commissioner tried to get me involved with “leaf pickup” instead of addressing my concern about pedestrian safety. Sometimes you have to laugh about this stuff because it doesn’t always get better. -Mary E
