In addition, a reader found the boat called, "Change Order." Interestingly enough, the name of the smaller boat is, "Original Contract."

The "small boat" is called a *dinghy* and serves the larger boat. Some readers might even think that certain elected & appointed public officials who, if seated in the dinghy, could be referred to as the *ding-a-lings & dingbats in the dinghy*; and, a *dinghy boat boy* manning the outboard motor might conceivably even be thought of as the author of the letter in The Almanac ?
One never knows for sure what lurks in the minds of citizens in the hood.
