Every month, my friend Nick Meduho would file a Right To Know for the two page Century of Excellence Capital Campaign spreadsheet. I would like to request the two pages for YTD 12/31/17 by emailing the Board, and moving forward, I am requesting that both pages are put on the Capital Campaign website instead of just the one page every month.

On October 30, 2017, the Mt. Lebanon School District (the “District") received your Public Records Request (“Request”), made pursuant to the Right to Know Law ("RTKL"), seeking “a detailed list of all the outstanding records requested from the late Nick Meduho.”
Please note that for the requests due on or before the date of your Request, the District informed Mr. Meduho that it required additional time to respond to these requests pursuant to Section 902 of the RTKLSo how does this work? Do I have to refile all of these? Or can I just pay for Nick's requests and get them when he would have received them, had he not passed away?

I understand you request a lot of right-to-know documents from the school board. Did you hear about the racist graffiti found in the high school kitchen on February 1? No? Because it was immediately covered up without a police report? Maybe you could ask for emails to the school board on February 5th from a concerned citizen which included photos as well as Mary Birks response on February 6th.
The majority of the school board did not know about the graffiti until this citizen brought it to their attention. Mary knew. She hadn't told them. Why is that?
On October 4, 2017, the Mt. Lebanon School District (the “District") received your Public Records Request (“Request”), made pursuant to the Right to Know Law ("RTKL"), seeking “receipts for Pursuant Ketchum's invoice for $18,400 (up front expense) and receipts for the first four payments of $14,613.”
Please be advised that the District has completed its review of your Request and your Request is granted and denied in part.
The District has located five pages of paper records that are responsive to this Request. Under the Section 701 of the RTKL, the District is not required to create electronic records if the records do not exist in electronic format. Therefore, because these records do not exist in electronic format and because you request that responsive records be sent by email, your Request is denied. Friedman v. Upper Darby School District, AP 2017-0397, 2017 WL 1196380 (OOR March 28, 2017).
However, the District will scan and email these records upon receipt of payment in the amount of $1.25 (5 pages x $0.25 per page) made payable to the “Mt. Lebanon School District.” Alternatively, the records will be made available for copying at a cost of $0.25 per page.Long story short, I went up to the Business Office with my $1.25 only to learn that Jeanine was gone for the day. I hope she will be able to send my request to me tomorrow.
I would like to request all reports (financial or other) received from the Pittsburgh Foundation regarding the investments from the Century of Excellence Campaign from periods January 1, 2017-August 31, 2017.The request was granted and is available here.
On Tuesday, the state Office of Open Records granted Ms. Gillen’s request for all communications to and from the municipal government concerning the controlled archery hunt. The information is to be released within 30 days.
A Mt. Lebanon spokeswoman said the municipality had received the request but would not issue a statement until commissioners and staff could meet next week. The next commissioners meeting is scheduled for Dec. 8, but Susan Morgans said the Right-to-Know request will probably be discussed sooner.
