I'm puzzled too, Your Honor

When Mt. Lebanon had me go before Judge Terrence O'Brien on April 11, 2016 for a judicial review concerning emails that were withheld in my two RTKs, the Honorable Judge was puzzled as to why a particular email was withheld. The sender did not offer her time or her land to be used for killing deer, but simply wrote in support of the program. Judge O'Brien made his decision on May 23, 2016 and is available here.

Mt. Lebanon Solicitor Phil Weis released the email today per Judge O'Brien.

On page 6 of the pdf which I linked to in my 11:35 PM comment, I see that Mt. Lebanon Partnership was a Farm To Table exhibitor.

Why would they choose to hold this one back? Did they release the emails of other pro-deer-kill supporters to The Commission? If so, and only this one was withheld, something is stanky...

I see that Mt. Lebanon Partnership participated as an exhibitor again this year for the Farm To Table Pittsburgh conference. See page 26 of 40.
Who is the Mt. Lebanon Partnership? Mt. Lebanon Partnership Commissioners John Bendel and Kelly Fraasch are board members. Mt. Lebanon Partnership Board
I sure hope they paid their $600 exhibitor fee or $300 small business exhibitor fee like everyone else.
Judge O'Brien wanted the author's place of employment redacted, not a typical exception under the PA Sunshine Law. Her phone number was redacted, which is permitted if it is her personal phone number. However, it seems to be public information as it is listed on her conference publication.
