15228 drops significantly in median household income

Pittsburgh Business Times reported today that 15228 was ranked as the 7th wealthiest zip code in the region according to the 2000 Book of Lists.  Ten years later,  Pittsburgh Business Times shows that they dropped to number 17 in median household income.   Upper St. Clair came in at number 3 in 2010.  15102 (Bethel Park) came in at number 18.
Aren't most of the proponents of the current high school renovation plan from 15228?

That should scare the heck out of people and directly impacts the actual ability of the entire community to afford large tax increases.

I was waiting for the Census information to officially come out to put something like this together.

It is not so much the dollar amount that worries me but the comparative change to other areas that does.

Too bad our state reimbursement won't increase with the income decrease and aid ratio increase.
The plancon documents won't change after the renovation is complete.

We will need the additional state money to fund the renovation fewer taxpayers will be able to afford.
