12:57, I agree that an inspection/emissions violation is no big deal in the overall scheme of things, but you’d think that after he got pulled over once, then a second time, that he would FIX IT before he got busted a third time. Especially after acknowledging his shortcomings post-election. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect some level of maturity and responsibility. Grella has a solid D+ In my book and he hasn’t even been sworn in yet.

Trump is the reason why Republicans lost local elections in Mt. Lebanon this year---
People just no longer trust the judgement of Republicans, when they can support a man like Trump, and then in the same breath turn around and complain about a commissioner getting arrested for a traffic violation and drinking offense.
Your vote might have pushed Trump into the White House, but it cost the Republican Party the local elections here in Mt. Lebanon.

Had on idea what this Lebo Citizen blog thing was about, and just googled who this Elaine Gillen person is.
Evidently likes to complain about how things are run in Mt. Lebanon, file a lot of right to know requests, and she likes to protest about deer (I remember that making us the laughing stalk of the South Hills), but I see that's all she's limited to-- as it seems she can't successfully run for anything.
It totally makes sense now why she chooses to sit behind a computer screen and take her anger out on local politicians actually stepping up to the plate in an attempt to change things.

I, for one, would've never voted for Bob Fischer-- who evidently, according to a flier passed out to Ward 4 residents, believes that newcomers to Mt. Lebanon shouldn't be able to run for any kind of local office.
2:40 PM, this is about Craig Grella having a stack of open docket sheets. He was cited in Castle Shannon because he was giving a police officer a hard time in the wee hours of the morning while totally drunk. I don't have a drinking problem and don't have anything like that against me because I have never been drunk. Giving police officers a hard time doesn't sit well with police officers in general, so I bet the MLPD is just going to be thrilled with you, I mean CRAIG, as a Mt. Lebanon commissioner.
Like you, I sit behind a computer screen, but I have the courage to sign my name. I don't get paid a stipend with taxpayer money. I fund my own blog and website. I do want to thank those who have helped me along the way when the municipality took me to Common Pleas Court. That was about a Right To Know which the Office of Open Records ruled in my favor.
The Ward 4 commissioner has no plans to change things. He (or you) is quite content with how Dave Brumfield handled things and is going to continue where Dave left off.

Didn't you lose the Common Pleas Court case because, you know, your request was found unconstitutional? And, apparently, you were too poor to actually fund the court case yourself--- you had to go begging for money.
I mean, first you make Mt. Lebanon the laughing stock of the South Hills because "SENIOR CITIZENS LOVE LOOKING AT DEER!" Then, that wasn't enough, so you and to go and beg people for money to take the case further.... where finally you were shot down because of the ridiculousness of it all.
What were you planning on doing with the information? Harass all the private citizens you disagree with like you do with this blog?

I have to do a lot of scrolling down to get to this post, 7:20 PM. There are six or seven posts above this, but you seem to be fixated on this one for some reason.
Yes, I was too poor to get legal counsel to represent me when the municipality took me to court. So what? I did raise some money, but not nearly enough.
I suppose you voted for someone who looked the other way when her husband sexually harassed countless women.
