This is an important notice from LeboALERT.
Drivers/pedestrians, be careful Uptown. Starting 8/14, there will be more policing, warnings & enforcement due to PennDOT traffic safety grant. ----------------------------------------------
What is interesting is that State Farm also gave us money over a year ago for those Look Up Lebo banners that were at some intersections. Those banners are MIA now. An officer told me that only one person had been cited for jaywalking. I guess the municipality needed more money since they are spending $10 million to protect our salt.

also as of last week,, I've started to see in the HS complex Lebo's men in blue parked in wait... Make sure you don't blow through a stop sign..
8:10 I can only dream of a Mt. Lebanon police department that enforces traffic code violations. Why should anyone get away with blowing through a stop sign?
Today, as I drove past the assigned pedestrian crosswalk, one of those portable electronic signs read, "Pedestrians must cross at cross walks." Fair enough. But why not also call out the incredibly high amount of vehicles that blow through those cross walks on a daily basis? Usually at excessive speeds.
