The IRS has started publishing a list of organizations that have had their federal tax-exempt status automatically revoked for failing to file an annual information return or notice with the IRS for three consecutive years. Contributions to these organizations will no longer be deductible and taxpayers could face penalties if they mistakenly claim deductions.
PA Automatic Revocation of Exemption List is sorted by zip code. There are several with Mt. Lebanon zip codes.
