| MLAC safety reminder |
| Good Evening MLAC program participants,As I am sure you are all aware, the attempt to make the locker room floors less slippery did not work as well as hoped. I spoke with the athletic director this afternoon and I can assure you that the district is as disappointed and frustrated with this as we are. They are looking at all options to improve the condition of the floors in both locker rooms. Until the district is able to make changes, please remind your swimmers to be careful. Should they fall please have them let a coach know immediately. Also we continue to have issues with drop off and pick up of swimmers at the pool. For those dropping off swimmers please stay to the right side along Horseman Drive and Stadium Drive. Please do not park or stop on the left hand side so that traffic can continue to flow around the facility. If you are staying for minnows or a lesson, please park in the south lot and walk down to the pool or in the commissioners lot near the stadium entrance and walk up. Can't wait for the first lawsuit drom a concussion or other injury.
Hey Tim, run up to Rolliers and buy a box load of those bathtub appliques that prevent slips.
Won't look pretty, but it will keep someone from getting hurt.
Should be good for a $20,000+ capital improvement, I'd think.
Maybe, instead of all those wonder PR photos of the school renovation... you know the ones of the hardhat wearing Super pointing at something above his head... they took a couple with him looking down and inspecting the floor, we wouldn't have this problem.

Have they fixed the pool stadium seating railing height issue ?
Don't think I've seen a change order for that yet....another safety issue beyond the apparent eagle eyed awareness of the "$1,000 bonus boys" & Super Tim. How sad !
