We don't pay her enough; she's homeless! UPDATED 2X

I would bring this to the attention of our manager, but he has said that he is not responsible for gathering the correct information, only getting the form. Through a Right To Know, close to eighty statement of financial interests forms were filed in the municipality. Of all the SFIs submitted, only one came back incomplete. You guessed it. Susan Morgans.

The poor girl is homeless. Susan has given herself an interest free loan from Susan F. Morgans Card Services. She collects no income. Wow, Susan, I owe you a huge apology. All along, you have been donating your services getting information out to the people. Just like me!

The form is considered deficient by the PA State Ethics Commission. Perhaps someone else can contact them, since I have been busy with Mary Birks and Elaine Cappucci, and soon, another individual.

Update May 17, 2017 4:37 PM Email sent to Manager Keith McGill.

Update May 18, 2017 8:26 AM My guess is that Susan Morgans is in Wine Country again. I heard back from Keith McGill.

Gee it wasn't so long ago that there was quite an uproar over a school directors deficient form. Wonder where all those attackers are now, oh yeah running for office.

Why bother filing an ethics report.
Nothing will come of it!

So 10:11, you only expect an outcome that you like when you file the report?

1:45 historically the results are predictable from Sablegate to Cappucci/Birks to Morgans incomplete disclosure form.
The rules state certain hoops should be jumped through, the evidence is in B&W.
Tell me what do you think will happen?

I believe that there will be no ethical violations attributed to Ms. Cappucci. Ms. Birks may get a ding, but remember she works for a non profit, it's not like she is lining her own pocket.

And what makes your opinion so great ?Heres to all the job applicants who got snubbed by Cappucci and Birks.

9:20 does Birks collect a paycheck from that non-profit?

Q: isn't it McGill's responsibility to see that procedures are followed and proper paperwork filled out accurate?

Would he make the same claim that it's not his job to evaluate the information on a disclosure form if let's say the municipality hired a child predator to work in the Rec Dept?

Why have rules and regulations if they can be ignored Willy milky by people that take oaths to follow them?

His response is priceless! The responsibility for the accuracy of the info lies with the person filling out the form. Incredible, next time I fill out my tax forms I'll remind the IRS that they have nothing to do with the accuracy in it so bug off.

I'm sure that will work.

Interesting, but try to find info on what happens should someone fail to file accurate information by the deadline.

Fail to return a library, fail to submit your stormwater fees on time, fail to feed the parking meter or keep your lawn mowed and you know exactly what the penalty will be. Fail to accurately fill out a financial disclosure form accurately...🤷🏽‍♀️
