The Bid Opening was supposed to take place at 1:30 today. Anyone hear anything?

It's been postponed for a week, and a 3rd. SB meeting added for April, I hear. Not aware that an official reason for the week extension has been given...can anyone clarify ?
No word on the Groundbreaking, is it still set for the 28th? Message here is I suppose, costs is no object (unless we can convince the municipality to cut fees) - full speed ahead! - Giffen Good
