Three teachers from Allegheny County are among 12 finalists to become the state's teacher of the year.The state Department of Education today said the local nominees are Christopher Jack, Bethel Park School District; Carin Liberati, Pine-Richland School District; and Steven Vayanos, Cornell School District.The winner will be named in October.
