On September 6, 2012, I filed a Right To Know for all daily inspection reports from the project’s testing and inspection firm concerning site work for the high school construction project. My request was granted today. There are forty files which I have uploaded into this folder on Google Docs.

What a waste of money, testing concrete that meets the specification. They should only do the tests for concrete that fails the spec. Whose pocket is getting lined with all these useless tests?
I can't believe Jo Posti is allowing this to happen. That is some fine investigative reporting, Elaine. You are a true resource to the community.
