A special meeting of the Mt. Lebanon Board of School Directors will be held on Monday, March 12, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. in the Jefferson Middle School Library to discuss a feasibility study for a capital fundraising campaign.

Why a "Special" at 6:30 and not during a regular meeting at 8:00 ?
Is the reason a secret, confidential, subject to attorney-client priviledge & not subject to public disclosure under the Open Records or Open Meetings laws, and will it take 5-30 days to get a simple reason or answer ?

Would this not fall under the Commonwealth's Procurement Code (requiring 3 responsible bidders) and be open to RTK request?

Mr. Bradford, I can tell you right now the District will claim it is a professional service not subject to the Procurement Code.
