Raja did not deliver on his two principal campaign platform promises for Lebo Commissioner 4 years ago...(1) a 20% reduction in muni. taxes...never even came close, and the 4% that was reduced came from General Fund balance surpluses (ie. saving account) not operating cost savings; and, (2) creation of new hi-tech corp. headquarters and many high paying jobs in Lebo....after 3.5 years, one firm with 4 employees located in a tax exempt religious building on the northwest border of Lebo !
