How the heck did we get a C Minus on State Budget Process?!? Do those rating folks have any idea how long we've been at a budget impasse or how many essential services are imperiled at present? Also, while I generally agree with Jason's list as stated (I think he was a little high for Journalistic Integrity), I think we need an F in Pedestrian Safety and/or an A in Hit-and-Run Accidents. Actually, could we make that an A Plus? Oh, and what would we do for a category that would encompass Granting of Amnesty to Rats? Maybe that comes under a heading of Compassion Toward the Under-Rodent...a questionable B Plus. Maybe there should also be a category for Unwanted Spending Because We Know Better Than You Do What You Want or Need which could include things like the Toxic Turf and the Virginia Manor Historic Designation silliness. Once you get started on this, it's hard to stop!

To me, PA 1168 is a reflection of the corrupt legislative culture in PA.
