How many signatures are needed here?

I just read an article about residents in more than 30 states, including Pennsylvania filing secession petitions.  Petitions to strip citizenship of those who sign the petitions to secede and exile them have also been filed. 25,000 signatures are required for the Administration to review and respond.  Here is Pennsylvania's petition

Now, I am not encouraging folks to secede, but it does raise the question, "How many signatures are needed for the School District to review and respond?" If the White House only needs 25,000, the School District ignored 4,000 signatures.  I wonder if neighboring communities would consider moving the boundaries to include us in their communities.

We won't need a petition. At the rate we're going with the current school board, we'll be forced to merge with other areas in the coming years anyway.

The 25,000 is a policy of the Obama administration. It's not a law or rule. It's a way of encouragaing public input. And it's not binding. There is no analogous policy at the school district level.--Neil Berch

Considering the recent news articles stating that the municipality, county and perhaps school districts will be reducing millage rates to avoid the windfalls -neoghborhoods that got hit with high reassessments might want to take this succession .

Despite the exorbitant spending on the high school, staff raises etc., etc., there are a number of homeowners in Mt. Lebanon that actually see little or even no increase in their taxes.

I think this completely correct. And more than that, just commenting for a link can turn other people off. If I see a
site connected with an irrelevant or spammy looking comment, I certainly won't click that link and I might even remember
it the next time I come across it on the web.HVAC training
