Who would want toxic turf? Didn't we receive a LeboALERT around that time stating that the turf was not ready and that we were to keep away?

There's a dumpster in the parking lot overflowing with "remnants" of the field turf. People were openly joking about how they could use it in their yards and not have to cut their grass.
I wonder if it was because someone stole some of those "remnants" that were clearly in a dumpster?
