Elaine: I wouldn't bother with even asking for a name. If these people don't have the guts to stand up for their comments they should be treated as non-entities, since they seem to prefer it that way.
In any event you may take heart in that the more criticism you receive – especially anonymous criticism – the more the other side demonstrates how much it fears your effectiveness. Elaine, I'm back ever so briefly to offer you a reality check. In your previous posts you fret over being ignored by elected officials and others in leadership positions in our community.
But strangely you now offer this post, which is clearly an attempt to publicly ridicule one of these individuals about something that has absolutely no bearing on or relevance to anything.
Ask yourself this, if the roles were now reversed and you were the public official who is the subject of this post, would you be in a hurry to respond to this blogger about anything?
Or have you simply taken the position that the bridge of communication is officially burned so everything (including this sort of mocking post) is now fair game?

As usual Elaine, you failed to answer the quedstion despite demanding the same from everyone else. I'll leave again and let you go back to playing with your imaginary friends Dick, Sarah and Giffen.
Mr. Franklin, I have been on this earth for 72 years. I am sickened by your lack of respect for the senior citizens. The Township majority is expected to fund all your sporting related demands. You have the patience of Job, Elaine with that horse's ass. Sarah Morris
I see it this way, Mr. Franklin. Elaine doesn't owe you squat. She doesn't take anything from you nor does she impose anything on you. It is a free country, if you don't like her blog don't visit it. On the other hand our elected representatives are not omnipotent. If we desire to question their actions that is our prerogative, In fact it is my opinion it is our duty to do so. If they fail to respond then they deserve to be mocked. How many people upon spending thousands of dollars and hundreds of man hours on a project for their employer could miss their project estimate by $30+ million dollars and not be subjected to intense scrutiny and questioning. While we do not have the power to dismiss them outright, we do have the voting power not to allow them to continue. Two of the incumbents, Kubit and Cappucci made promises on which they didn't deliver. So- "fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me!" The third, joining the board late, in my opinion may be worthy of my vote, but he needs to explain why. That's my opinion Mr. Franklin, and I don't care much if you like it or not. Dick Saunders

Franklin's firm just lost a $525,000 judgment. Dave is probably just cranky because that is money out of his firm's pocket.
