It appears the CM did extend the deadline during Thanksgiving break due to requests from a few of the bidding contractors. This is not unusual and we offered an extension during the first round of bids. The new date is 12/14.

The extension deadline change must have occurred between 16:55:59 EST and 23:59:59 EST on 27-NOV-2011, if Ms. Posti considers Sunday part of Thanksgiving break.

David, if you go to Bill Lewis' post on November 15, he must have heard something back then. I think P.J. Dick finally tipped off the SB over Thanksgiving. I think the SB directors were the last to know.
