I can't find the email in which Jody Maddock instructs everyone to start emailing him at another email address because the school's "server is down".
If you look at all the emails he has sent during work hours as "Director of Campus Services", I can see why he wants to receive emails somewhere else. He has been working on the Mt Lebanon Deer Cull during work hours.
At Bryn Anthyn, he is responsible for responding to these sorts of things:
Snow removal
Moving furniture
Building use request
Availability of housing
Ice rink rental
Custodial Department

It's as if Mt Lebanon takes really good care of its parks and then the deer come along and mess everything up.
