Plus: #Pittsburgh police investigating a robbery at the Sunoco on Banksville Rd #wpxi. this was 1/14 11 am.
This (all the robberies) is what Mt. lebanon needs to focus on to keep residents safe! In addition to careless drivers. Leave the deer alone!
When was the last time we had so many robberies in such a short period of time this close to home? My thinking is never. When you add what has happened the past few days in addition to the two banks that got robbed down by Mt. Lebanon Blvd a short time ago, one really has to wonder what the heck is going on around here.
And lets not forget about all the items being stolen from vehicles around town that have been littering the police blotters lately.

I think it's the drug crisis.
On top of this, a teenager was shot and killed last night in a hotel on Greentree Rd.
Another home invasion on Mayfair Drive. Mt. Lebanon Police came to to my door in regards to a home invasion across the street from my house. Apparently, the son was home home alone in the basement; however the front door was wide open and unlocked. Someone walked in and a stranger. I encourage everyone to keep their doors locked 24/7 at all times.
Drugs. IMO, they are the reason for the increase in break-ins. Can't blame these issues on the deer.
Buy a gun. Have lots of ammunition. The police will not protect you. It's not that they don't want to - they can't.
Thank you! Yes, thank you to all of the former Mt Lebanon teachers who openly promoted the drug culture. Most of you have comfortably retired and live off of the taxpayers.
Look what you left behind!
